We are based in Reading, Berkshire. However, that has never presented a problem for us in travelling to any venue in the UK or, indeed, the world. (We’ve even been to the Caribbean to put on a Beach Party for Virgin Atlantic) Please bear in mind though, that if your venue is not in the Thames Valley area, travelling costs may have to be added to the total cost of your hire.
Health & Safety
All our equipment is tested yearly and is issued with an annual inspection certificate from the manufacturer. All electrical equipment is also tested annually and issued with a PAT certificate.
All castles and slides are PIPA tagged to all safety recommendations.
Documents can be emailed to you before the event date for examination by your Health & Safety Executive (HSE) or internal safety officers.
We carry £10 million “public liability insurance” for all equipment we hold in stock. We also carry employer’s liability insurance. Current certificates can be emailed to you before the event date for examination by HSE or internal safety officers. Alternatively, we will be happy for you to contact our insurers direct.
Each piece of equipment has an individual risk assessment outlining the possible risks and hazards.

These will be issued for larger events, if required by HSE. They outline step-by-step timing’s of the event from arrival to departure. Contact numbers & E-mail addresses for the “Event Manager” and company representatives can be included. All documents can be emailed to you before the event date for examination by your HSE or internal safety officers.
Method statements can be issued for any event, if you require one, please ask when booking.
All inflatables are Red, White & Blue, branded with our logo. This is a removable logo and can be exchanged for your company logo or removed, if working for an agent.
If you require branding on inflatables, please call us to arrange this or to obtain sizes.
Once you have decided on the equipment you require, along with the date/time and venue address, we will issue you a contract for signature, to be returned within 14 days. Upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit, all items are confirmed and held for your event.
A full VAT invoice will be sent to you prior to your event and is due for payment within 30 days.
Payment terms are negotiable for large companies and Local Authorities.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee sunshine for your event; should we encounter adverse weather conditions, all electrical appliances will be turned off, until conditions change.
Inflatable domes are available for hire to cover the simulators (Rodeo Bull/Surf Simulator) in bad weather. Some equipment can be repositioned inside if the venue is appropriate.
On the day:
We will arrive at the venue with plenty of time to be set up and ready for your start time.
Depending on which units are hired, will determine on how early we arrive – we aim to be set up and be ready to start 30 minutes prior to your hire time.
All staff will be wearing logo’d polo shirts for identification purposes, along with dark blue or black shorts/trousers depending on the weather.
Plain tops can be worn if working for an agent.
Staff will have a contact name and mobile number for your event (supplied by you), so that any problems can be directed to them instantly.
Power / Generators
All of our equipment can use power from domestic 13amp sockets; however some pieces, (Rodeo Bull), do have power surges and can therefore trip sensitive fuse boards. If you have any doubt, please make us aware when booking.
We can be completely self sufficient and supply generators and fuel blowers for the inflatables, at an extra cost, should your venue be in the middle of a field or park.
We have a selection of sign-written vans; should you require a plain van, please inform us when you make your initial enquiry/booking.
All vans are equipped with the latest “Sat Nav” to ensure arriving at your venue easily and on time.
