Two contestants run as fast as they can along the inflatable bungee run attached by a bungee cord body harness offering increasing resistance as you run until, just when you think you are there, you are pulled all the way back to the start.
The winner is the one who can run the farthest down the lane to place their Velcro marker pad on the centre wall.
